Description
Apple blackberry crumble with apple sauce and walnuts.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Frozen Blackberries
- 1 whole Large Apple, Diced
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon, Ground
- 2 cups Apple Sauce
- ⅓ cups Raisins
- 1-½ cup Jumbo Rolled Oats
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1 cup Walnut Halves, Crushed
Preparation
Preheat oven to 250ºF (120ºC).
Take a small baking dish and spread frozen berries and apple in the dish evenly. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and add applesauce and the raisins.
In a separate bowl, mix oats with coconut oil, maple syrup and walnuts. Scatter on top of the applesauce. Bake until slightly golden, about 20 minutes.
