Apple Chia Breakfast Bowl

Description

A beautiful, refreshing breakfast bowl, perfect for the summer.

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Apples, Peeled And Cored, Divided
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup Or Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 3 Tablespoons Dairy Free Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Sultanas
  • 1 Tablespoon Cashew Nuts, Chopped

Preparation

Cut 2 of the apples into quarters and place in the blender with the maple syrup, cinnamon and milk. Blitz until smooth.

Pour blended mixture into a tub. Stir in chia seeds.

Finely chop remaining apple and stir through. Refrigerate overnight.

Divide between bowls and top with sultanas and cashew nuts.
