Ingredients

  • ¾ cups 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 piece Granny Smith Apple
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Maple Syrup Or Honey (optional)
