    Description

    Sweet and refreshing smoothie that’s great any time.

    Ingredients

    • 1 whole Green Apple (cored, Peeled, Diced)
    • ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
    • 2 pinches Nutmeg
    • ½ cups Plain Yogurt
    • ¼ cups 1% Milk

    Preparation

    In a blender add diced apples and pulse several times. Add all other ingredients and run blender (or food processor) on high 3 minutes. Serve immediately and enjoy!
