Apple Oat Pancakes

Description

Hearty, delicious, vegan pancakes.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Small Apples
  • 1 cup Milk (regular Or Soy)
  • ½ cups Water
  • ⅓ cups Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ¾ cups Ground Oats
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder

Preparation

Begin by pureeing the apples (either 2 small or 1 large) until it is of applesauce consistency. Add to the rest of the wet ingredients in a small bowl.

In a large bowl whisk all dry ingredients together, then pour in the wet. Mix lightly until combined and (fairly) smooth.

Fry with minimal grease in small batches until golden brown.
