Apple Peanut Butter Shakes

    Description

    Healthy shakes that taste too good to be true.

    Ingredients

    • 2 whole Apples, Any Variety
    • 2 cups Ice
    • 2 Tablespoons Creamy Peanut Butter
    • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

    Preparation

    Peel, core and cut the apples into cubes. Put apples cubes, ice, peanut butter and cinnamon in a blender. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth. Pour and serve immediately. Sprinkle with a little extra cinnamon on top if you would like. This makes one very large shake or two smaller ones.
