Description

Apple Pie Overnight Oats are hearty, satisfying and oh so filling. Sweet, creamy and full of protein and fiber, this breakfast will keep you full until lunch! Easy to make in 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Gluten Free Instant Oats
  • 1 cup Refrigerated Coconut Or Almond Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup
  • 2 teaspoons Chia Seeds
  • 3 Tablespoons Chopped Apples, Divided

Preparation

In a small jar, mix all ingredients except for 1 tablespoon chopped apple. Refrigerate overnight.

Garnish with remaining 1 tablespoon chopped apple, more maple syrup and a sprinkle of cinnamon (optional).
