This is so good and super healthy! I have to eat soft foods this weekend and am trying to be creative, but I love this so much, it’s going on my breakfast rotation!
Ingredients
- 1 whole Apple, Peeled And Cored
- 1 whole Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 cup Fat Free Milk
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
Preparation
Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Sprinkle more cinnamon on top if you like.
