Ingredients
- 1 whole Apple, Sliced, Peel Left On
- ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoons Nutmeg, Grated
- ½ cups 0% Fat Greek Yogurt, Plain
- 2 Tablespoons Skim Milk
- 1 cup Ice
- Cinnamon Sugar Sprinkles (optional)
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender except sprinkles and blend until smooth. Garnish with cinnamon sugar sprinkles.
