Description

The flavor of apple pie all whipped up in a delicious smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Butter (or Substitute No-stick Cooking Spray)
  • 1 cup Apples, Diced
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 pinch Each Of All Spice And Cinnamon, Divided Use
  • 1 cup Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 cup Ice

Preparation

Generously spray a medium skillet or add in 1 tablespoon butter and heat on medium. Add apples, sugar and cinnamon and cook until apples are tender, about 5 minutes.

In blender add in yogurt, all spice, cooked apples and ice and blend until desired consistency is reached.
