Description
The flavor of apple pie all whipped up in a delicious smoothie.
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Butter (or Substitute No-stick Cooking Spray)
- 1 cup Apples, Diced
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 pinch Each Of All Spice And Cinnamon, Divided Use
- 1 cup Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 cup Ice
Preparation
Generously spray a medium skillet or add in 1 tablespoon butter and heat on medium. Add apples, sugar and cinnamon and cook until apples are tender, about 5 minutes.
In blender add in yogurt, all spice, cooked apples and ice and blend until desired consistency is reached.
