When you have apples and nut-butter lying around and feeling hungry, turn them into charming little apple breadless sandwiches. These are super-simple to make and healthy to eat. Apples and nut-butter along with granola and hemp seeds, and a touch of cinnamon, makes super satisfying breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 whole Apple, Cored And Cut Crosswise Into 1/2-inch Thick Rounds
- 2 Tablespoons Nut Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Granola
- 1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds
- Cinnamon, To Taste
Preparation
Spread one side of half of the apple slices with peanut or almond butter then sprinkle with granola, hemp seeds and cinnamon. Top with remaining apple slices, pressing down gently to make the sandwiches. Enjoy!
