A delicious change of pace from the usual egg and sausage breakfast bake!
Ingredients
- 2 Green Apples, Peeled And Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 pound Bulk Pork Sausage
- 1 Medium Onion, Chopped
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Milk
- 1-¼ cup Bisquick
- 1-½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoons Pepper
- 12 Eggs
Preparation
Brown sausage with onions. In a medium-sized bowl, toss the apples with sugar and cinnamon. Layer the sausage and onions, apples, and cheese in a greased 9×13-inch pan. Whisk milk, Bisquick, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Add the eggs and mix well. Slowly pour egg mixture over the other ingredients. Bake at 350ºF for 30-35 minutes.
