Ingredients
- ½ cups Apple Juice
- ½ teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
- ¾ teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1-¼ Tablespoon Whey Protein Powder
- ½ cups Frozen Vanilla Yogurt
Preparation
Add all ingredients into a blender, run blender 2 minutes. Pour into a chilled glass. Enjoy!
