Apricot and Honey Nut Brittle

Great combination of flavors for this anytime snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 bags Dried Apricot, 6 Ounce Bags
  • 1 cup Mixed Nuts
  • 1 cup Pure Honey
  • ½ cups Confectioners Sugar

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 F.

In a food processor add dried apricots and pulse several times. Add mixed nuts and honey and pulse again. Add confectioners’ sugar and run food processor on high for 2-3 minutes. (It is going to be very sticky).

Spread the mixture in a thin layer onto a non-stick baking sheet. Place in oven and bake at 400 F for 15 minutes. Remove pan from oven. Allow brittle to cool then break it into pieces and put it in airtight containers or zip-lock bags.
