Ingredients
- 4 whole Fresh Apricots, Diced Small
- 1 whole Fresh Or Frozen Banana, Cut Into Chunks
- ½ cups 1% Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Whey Protein Powder
- ⅛ teaspoons Nutmeg
Preparation
Add apricot and banana to a blender and pulse several times. Add remaining ingredients and blend on high for 2 minutes.
Serve in a chilled glass and enjoy!
