Outstanding appetizer for any gathering!
Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons Apricot Preserves
- 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 12 whole Medjool Dates, Pitted, Sliced Lengthwise (Not All The Way Through)
- 12 slices Pre-Cooked Bacon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add apricot preserves and softened cream cheese. Stir well to combine.
Make sure dates are pitted and sliced open. Fill the cavity with apricot cream cheese mixture. Wrap a slice of pre-cooked bacon around each filled date and place on the baking sheet pan in a single layer.
Bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven onto a plate with paper towels to absorb any bacon grease. Transfer to a serving platter and enjoy! These are delicious.
