Eggs, cheese, and veggies all tucked into a pie crust. Yum!

    Ingredients

    • 5 whole Eggs At Room Temperature
    • ¾ cups Half-and-half
    • 1 teaspoon Salt
    • ½ teaspoons Pepper
    • 1 cup Swiss Or Gruyere Cheese, Shredded (I Found A Pre Shredded Mix Of These At Trader Joe’s)
    • 1 cup Ham, Diced
    • 2 whole Green Onions, Sliced Thinly
    • 1 cup Artichoke Hearts Diced, I Use Canned In Water
    • ½ cups Bell Pepper, Diced, Any Color Or A Mix Of Colors
    • 1 whole 9″ Pie Crust, Store Bought Or Homemade

    Preparation

    Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Wash and chop or slice all ingredients and place in a bowl (I used a measuring cup for easy measuring and cleanup).

In a medium bowl, mix the eggs, half-and-half, salt, and pepper until fully incorporated.

Add the cheese, ham, and veggies and stir until incorporated.

Roll out pie crust and place in a 9″ pie dish. Pour quiche filling into prepared crust and bake for 50- 60 minutes.

Quiche is done when a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean and the center isn’t jiggly. Allow to sit for about 5-10 minutes before serving. May be served hot or at room temperature.

    Serves 6-8. Enjoy!
