Super easy, super delicious authentic recipe for Moroccan Style Lamb Skewers!
Ingredients
- 500 grams Diced Lamb Cubes
- 1 whole Yellow Onion, Chopped
- 10 sprigs Coriander, Chopped
- 5 sprigs Flat-leaf Parsley, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Ras Al Hanut Spice Mix
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
Preparation
Put everything in a bowl along with the lamb. Mix well and cover to marinate for at least 1 hour. The more you let it sit with all the ingredients, the more you will taste the herbs and spices.
Thread the marinated meat onto skewers. You can grill these outside or on a grill pan, which is what I used. I like to start off with a very hot pan, so the juices of the meat will be sealed inside. Grill to your liking, medium/ well done, and let the meat rest for a couple of minutes.
Now it’s time to enjoy your lovely lamb skewers, traditionally served with a glass of Moroccan mint tea. Enjoy!
