Ingredients
- ½ Avocado
- ½ cups Raspberries, Frozen Or Fresh
- ½ cups Blueberries (frozen Or Fresh)
- 1 cup Milk (cows, Almond Or Coconut)
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
Preparation
Add all ingredients to the jar of your blender. Blend until all ingredients are broken down and the mixture is a smooth consistency.
