Description

Avocado, berries, milk and a touch of honey and chia seeds makes a creamy and nutritious smoothie.

Ingredients

  • ½  Avocado
  • ½ cups Raspberries, Frozen Or Fresh
  • ½ cups Blueberries (frozen Or Fresh)
  • 1 cup Milk (cows, Almond Or Coconut)
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

Preparation

Add all ingredients to the jar of your blender. Blend until all ingredients are broken down and the mixture is a smooth consistency.
