Description
This healthier version of brownies replaces butter with avocado, making it lighter but no less tasty. The brownie will still be deliciously fudgy!
Ingredients
- 2 whole Eggs
- ½ cups White Sugar
- ½ cups Brown Sugar
- ¼ cups Flour
- ½ cups Cocoa Powder, Unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1 whole Avocado
- ¼ cups Walnuts
- ¼ cups Cocoa Nibs
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Mix eggs and sugars together in a bowl. Add flour, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt and mix until combined.
Mix in avocado flesh until you have a smooth, lump-free mixture. Crush walnuts and stir them into the mixture along with the cocoa nibs.
Grease a brownie pan or line with baking paper. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread out evenly. Bake for 30 minutes.
