Description
Creamy avocado, tangy feta cheese and fresh tomatoes come together for a flavorful salsa.
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- ⅛ teaspoons Red Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 2 whole Roma Tomatoes, Chopped
- 2 whole Avocados, Peeled, Pitted And Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley, Chopped
- 4 ounces, fluid Feta Cheese, Crumbled
Preparation
In a medium sized bowl, combine the olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt and red pepper. Add garlic, tomatoes, avocados and parsley. Gently stir in the feta. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
