This variation on traditional pesto means it’s all the flavor without the tree nuts. It’s the perfect appetizer for parties!
Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- ½ cups Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, Pressed
- ½ cups Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
- ¼ cups Fresh Parsley, Chopped
- ¼ teaspoons Lime Juice
- ¼ teaspoons Sea Salt
- ⅛ teaspoons Onion Salt
Preparation
Blend avocado and oil together on a low setting. Add pressed garlic, cilantro, and parsley. Increase speed slightly and blend until evenly mixed.
Add lime juice, sea salt, and onion salt. Serve immediately or chill up to 24 hours.
