Avocado quesadilla prepared on the outdoor grill.
Ingredients
- 1 whole Ripe Avocado, Peeled And Pitted
- 4 whole Flour Tortillas
- ½ cups Shredded Cheese
- 1 dash Chipotle Seasoning
Preparation
Preheat your grill to medium heat. Cut the avocado flesh into thin slices and arrange with the cheese on two of the tortillas. Add a dash of chipotle if you like it a bit hot. Top with another tortilla and place on the grill for 2 minutes. Turn and give it another 2 minutes. Remove to a clean plate. Cut as desired and serve immediately.
