Delicious dip for veggies!
Ingredients
- 1 whole Avocado
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 3 Tablespoons Buttermilk
- 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Dill, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1 stalk Fresh Chives, Chopped Finely
Preparation
In a large mixing bowl, add avocado flesh and use a fork mash it up. Add remaining ingredients, stirring after adding each ingredient. Combine well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
We love this cold dip with fresh cut veggies (celery sticks, carrots, radishes) or even toasted bread sticks.
