Ingredients
- 1 pint Plain Greek Yoghurt
- 1 pint Cold Water
- 1 teaspoon Finely Grated Sea Salt
- Fresh Herbs And/Or Seasonings, For Added Flavor (optional)
Preparation
Place yogurt, water, sea salt and optional flavoring ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Note: Optional flavoring ingredients include chopped dill, parsley, cilantro, mint, grated cucumber, minced garlic, ground cumin, black pepper.
