Bacon & Black Bean Hummus

Description

Great appetizer on a weekend, served with homemade chips!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Drained
  • 6 slices Bacon, Fried And Crumbled
  • ¼ cups Sour Cream
  • 1 stalk Green Onion, Diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Tahini
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice (from Concentrate)
  • ½ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper

Preparation

In a food processor (or blender), add black beans and bacon crumbles. Pulse several times. Add remaining ingredients and run processor (or blender) until desired consistency is reached. You’ll really taste the bacon crumbles—delicious.

Pack in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Great served with homemade salt and pepper chips, lime baked tortillas chips, or whatever you may like! Enjoy.
