    Description

    If you’re like me, you need something that you can grab quickly for breakfast. These mini bagels are the perfect solution!

    Ingredients

    • 12 whole Whole Wheat Mini Bagels
    • 6 slices Swiss Cheese
    • 6 whole Eggs, Scrambled
    • 12 slices Turkey Bacon, Cooked

    Preparation

    Separate each bagel. On top of the bottom half of each bagel, assemble half a slice of cheese, 2 Tablespoons of scrambled eggs, and 1 slice of cooked bacon that has been broken in half. Top with the bagel top. These freeze well – just defrost in the microwave.
