Delicious hummus!
Ingredients
- ½ cups Cooked Chickpeas, Rinsed
- 1-¼ cup Frozen Baby Peas
- 4 ounces, weight Softened Cream Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Real Bacon Bits
- 2 Tablespoons Tahini
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Olive Oil, As Needed
Preparation
In a food processor, add chickpeas and frozen peas. Pulse several times. Add remaining ingredients, ending with olive oil. Drizzle olive oil through the top chute until hummus reaches desired consistency.
Transfer to a serving dish. Great with fresh cut veggies, crackers, or pita chips.
