Description

This recipe is crazy easy to prepare. Just combine, bake and breakfast will be served in 30 minutes or less!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Medium Apple. Cored And Diced (like Cortland, Jonathan Or Rome)
  • 1-⅓ cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • ¼ cups Golden Raisins
  • 2 Tablespoons Dark Brown Sugar, Plus More For Serving
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon Or More To Taste
  • ⅛ teaspoons Fresh Nutmeg, Grated
  • ¼ teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter, Melted
  • 2 cups Whole Milk, Plus More For Serving

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 350ºF.

Mix together the apple, oats, raisins, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Stir in the melted butter and pour the mixture into an oven safe dish. Pour the milk over top and bake in the preheated 350ºF oven for 25-30 minutes or until most of the milk is absorbed. Sprinkle with a little extra cinnamon, drizzle with a little bit of milk and serve!
