Description
A soft baked cheese topped with fresh cherry jam.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Lite Brie Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup (optional)
- ½ cups Cherry Jam Or Cherry Preserves
Preparation
Preheat oven 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment or use a pie dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Cut off the rind on top of the cheese, but leave the sides and bottom intact. If you do not have any rind on the sides, make a shallow bowl out of aluminum foil, spray with cooking spray and place the cheese in it.
Mix maple syrup with cherry jam and spread on top of cheese. Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is soft and bubbly.
