Baked Eggs in Ham Cups

    Description

    A new breakfast idea: eggs baked in a ham cup with a touch of cream on toast.

    Ingredients

    • 4 slices Deli Ham
    • 4 whole Eggs
    • 4 Tablespoons Cream
    • 1 pinch Salt And Pepper
    • 1 Tablespoon Seasoning, Such As Mrs Dash Table Blend
    • 4 slices Bread
    • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese

    Preparation

    Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a cupcake pan.

    Place a piece of ham into the cupcake pan; it will become like a paper cupcake holder for the egg. Crack an egg into each of the ham holders. Cover with 1 tablespoon of heavy whipping cream. Season with salt, pepper and other seasoning.

    Bake in a 350ºF oven for 18-20 minutes.

    Top a slice of toast with sharp cheddar cheese. Serve egg immediately on the cheddar-topped toast.
