Perfect end of the week dinner for two!
Ingredients
- 2 whole (6 Oz. Size) Flounder Fillets
- ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 whole Lemon, Zest And Juice
- FOR THE REMOULADE SAUCE:
- 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Finely Chopped Parsley
- 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
In a nonstick baking dish, add fish. Sprinkle with pepper and add lemon zest and juice. Place in the hot oven for 8 minutes.
In a small bowl, add all remoulade ingredients and stir well to combine. Microwave 1 minute, stir well.
Plate flounder. Add warmed remoulade sauce over each fillet and enjoy with your favorite side dishes.
