Description
Super easy baked cinnamon french toast. Bake the french toast while frying your bacon and eggs.
Ingredients
- ¼ cups Butter
- ⅓ cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 4 whole Eggs
- ⅔ cups Half-and-half
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 12 slices Texas Toast
Preparation
Heat oven to 400ºF. While oven is heating up, place butter on a cookie sheet with sides and place in oven to melt.
Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over the cookie sheet with melted butter.
In a bowl, mix eggs, half-and-half, and vanilla. Dip bread in the mixture, soaking well.
Place bread in pan. Bake 10–15 minutes.
Note: I mix up more cinnamon sugar and sprinkle it over the toast before baking. That way, it has cinnamon sugar on both sides.
