Ingredients
- 4 Tilapia Fillets
- Kosher Salt And Freshly Ground Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon And Herb Butter
- 4 slices Lemon, For Garnish (optional)
- FOR THE LEMON AND HERB BUTTER:
- ½ cups Butter, Softened
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Tarragon Leaves
- ½ teaspoons Dried Sage
- ½ teaspoons Dried Thyme
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- ½ Lemon, Juiced
- Kosher Salt And Freshly Ground Pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven at 375ºF. Lightly grease the baking sheet.
Season tilapia fillets with salt and pepper. Put 1/2 tablespoon lemon and herb butter into each fillet. Garnish with a lemon slice.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
For the lemon and herb butter, simply combine all ingredients well.
