Description
A sweet and sour sauce that’s great for chicken.
Ingredients
- ½ cups Balsamic Vinegar
- ½ cups Honey
- ½ cups Brown Sugar
- ¼ cups Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Rosemary
- 12 whole Chicken Legs
- Sesame Seeds, For Garnish
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients (except the chicken) in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Pour the sauce into a large Ziploc bag. Add the chicken legs to the Ziploc bag and allow to marinate in the fridge for 2 hours. I left mine in overnight.
Heat the oven to 450ºF. Place the marinated chicken legs onto a foil-lined baking tray and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
