Balsamic Vinaigrette with brown sugar and garlic give these oven cooked Balsamic Glazed Chicken Breasts an aromatic punch of flavor!
Ingredients
- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- ½ cups Balsamic Vinaigrette
- ½ Medium Sized Onion Finely Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, Finely Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, Finely Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Ground Red Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Fresh Parsley Chopped For Garnish
Preparation
Place clean chicken breasts in a large bowl or resealable bag along with remaining ingredients. Combine, cover (or seal), and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
Pour all the contents (including marinade) onto a large baking sheet lined with foil. Bake at 375ºF for 20 minutes.
Glaze chicken breasts with remaining sauce in the pan and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
