Delicious and nutritious, this banana almond smoothie tastes just like a gingerbread man cookie, without all of the sugar and guilt!

Ingredients

  • 1  Banana, Peeled
  • 2 Tablespoons Ground Almonds
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Chia Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Psyllium Husks
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Coconut Water
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 3 cubes Ice
  • 1 teaspoon Stevia (optional)

Preparation

Throw everything into a blender, put the lid on and blend until smooth. This smoothie seriously tastes like a gingerbread man cookie, without all the sugar and guilt.
