Ingredients
- FOR THE FILLING:
- ½ cups Banana
- 6 Tablespoons Cream Cheese
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 3 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- 1 dash Orange Extract Or Pure Vanilla Extract

- FOR THE FRENCH TOAST:
- 4 whole Eggs
- ¾ cups Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- ¼ teaspoons Orange Extract
- ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Salt
- 8 slices Stale Whole Wheat Bread
Preparation
Heat your waffle iron on medium.
Put all ingredients for the filling in a blender and blend, baby! Pulse for about 5-10 seconds. You don’t want it too thin!
Now put that in the fridge and start your French toast batter.
Add all the ingredients for the French toast batter EXCEPT the bread. Stir up nice and gently.
Now, get that filling mixture out of the fridge and slab some of it on the bread and make a sandwich. Resist the temptation to eat it right then and there and keep making sandwiches.
Dip a sandwich one at a time into the batter, then place in the waffle iron.
Cook until waffles/toasts are all cooked.
