Description

Fancy-sounding, tasty and easy to make, this is not your run of the mill breakfast!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Cornmeal (aka Polenta)
  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 whole Banana, Ripe And Sliced

Preparation

In a small sauce pan, combine all the ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Once it’s boiling lower the heat to low. Stir constantly for about 5-10 minutes.

Pour into a bowl or plate, garnish with fresh or dried fruit, nuts, maple syrup, etc. and serve.
