Something to keep my ravenous sweet tooth satisfied! Chai spices and banana. So simple. So tasty.
Ingredients
- 1 whole Banana, Sliced And Frozen
- 1 cup Skim Milk
- 1 dash Nutmeg
- 1 dash Cardamom
- 1 dash Cinnamon
Preparation
Slice and freeze the banana. (Or, if you are like me and forget, use a fresh very ripe banana and some ice to create a thick, cold consistency.) Place milk, banana, (ice if needed) and spices into a blender. Blend. Pour into a clear glass because it looks pretty like that. Sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on top. Enjoy.
* I find that if I use a very ripe banana I don’t need any extra sweetener. You may, depending on your banana and taste. But either way, enjoy!
