    Description

    Smoothies can be unhealthy depending on the ingredients. This is one of my favorite smoothies. It is easy to make and is much healthier.

    Ingredients

    • 6 pieces Medjool Dates, Pitted And Chopped
    • 2 whole Bananas
    • 1 cup Low Fat Plain Yogurt
    • ½ cups Ice
    • ½ cups Milk (full Fat, Skim Or 1%)

    Preparation

    Reserve a few pieces of dates and sliced banana for garnish.

    Place yogurt, dates, bananas, ice and milk in a blender. Blend until smooth.Garnish with reserved bananas and dates.
