Description
Smoothies can be unhealthy depending on the ingredients. This is one of my favorite smoothies. It is easy to make and is much healthier.
Ingredients
- 6 pieces Medjool Dates, Pitted And Chopped
- 2 whole Bananas
- 1 cup Low Fat Plain Yogurt
- ½ cups Ice
- ½ cups Milk (full Fat, Skim Or 1%)
Preparation
Reserve a few pieces of dates and sliced banana for garnish.
Place yogurt, dates, bananas, ice and milk in a blender. Blend until smooth.Garnish with reserved bananas and dates.
