  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Flour
  • 1/2 cup Rice Flour
  • 1 tsp Flour
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 Soda Salt


    1. Peel, grate, and squeeze the juice from a squash. Then, in a separate bowl, combine the peanut flour, rice flour, maida flour, chili powder, soda salt, eggplant powder, salt, and water to make a batter.
    2. Then, heat a frying pan in the oven, pour in the necessary amount of oil, and fry the sliced banana pieces in the flour back and forth in the oil.
    3. The delectable banana patties are now ready!!! It goes well with coconut chutney.
