Banana, Lime & Cardamon Lassi

Description

I like to make my lassis out of Kefir or yogurt. Here is one of my favorites with bananas for natural sweetness, cardamon for a little spice and lime to brighten it up. You can substitute cinnamon for the cardamon if you like.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kefir
  • 2 whole Banans
  • 1 whole Small Lime, Zest And Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey, Or To Taste
  • ¼ teaspoons Cardamom Or Cinnamon

Preparation

Throw everything into the blender (add more liquid if needed to keep it moving). Blend on high for about 1 minute. Pour into a glass. Serve ( I like to place mine in the freezer for a few minuets to chill it).

Go back and make another one!
