For when you need an energy boost. They’re vegan, too!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Bananas
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • Optional Add-ins, Such As Cinnamon, Raisins, Crumbled Walnuts

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180°C (360°F).

Get a bowl and and mash the bananas well. Add oats and any of the optional ingredients (you can add pretty much whatever you like!). Stir until everything is nicely mixed.

Put baking paper on the tray so the cookies don’t stick, or grease the baking tray with butter (or olive oil if you’re vegan).

To form the cookies, just grab a spoon and scoop a decent amount from the mixture onto the baking tray. It’s super quick and easy. Then off it goes into the oven for about 15–20 minutes. Done!
