    My mom and I discovered this wonderfully simple concoction while she was home with a broken rib! It was a crucial part of the healing process!

    Ingredients

    • 2 whole Frozen Ripe Bananas, Peeled And Sliced
    • 1-½ cup Milk
    • 6 ounces, fluid Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate

    Preparation

    Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
