Ingredients

  • 2 cups Water
  • ½ cups Steel Cut Oats
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 whole Banana, Sliced
  • 4 Tablespoons Walnuts, Chopped

Preparation

Heat water and oats in a small pot over medium-low heat until cooked. You will know when the oats are cooked when they are chewy but not hard. This typically takes about 30 minutes. Add more water if necessary.

Divide the oatmeal into two bowls. Each bowl gets half of the remaining ingredients.
