Ingredients
- 3 whole Bananas
- ½ cups Fat-free Vanilla Yogurt
- ½ cups Milk (soy, Regular, Almond, Etc.)
- 1-½ cup Ice Cubes
- 1 Tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter
- 1 teaspoon Ground Flax Seed Or Wheat Germ (optional)
Preparation
In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth, and serve immediately.
