    Description

    A simple, delicious classic.

    Ingredients

    • 3 whole Bananas
    • ½ cups Fat-free Vanilla Yogurt
    • ½ cups Milk (soy, Regular, Almond, Etc.)
    • 1-½ cup Ice Cubes
    • 1 Tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter
    • 1 teaspoon Ground Flax Seed Or Wheat Germ (optional)

    Preparation

    In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth, and serve immediately.
