Ingredients
- ½ cups Heavy Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 1 whole Ripe Banana, Peeled, Cut Into Thirds
- ¼ cups Cold Milk
- ⅛ teaspoons Cinnamon
- 2 dashes Nutmeg
- Cookie Crumbles, For Topping (optional)
Preparation
In a blender, add heavy cream and sugar. Blend 1 minute to a creamy consistency. Add bananas, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and blend on high an additional minute.
Pour into a tall glass and garnish with shortbread cookie crumbles or graham cracker crumbles if desired.
