Description
A fabulous fall dessert cocktail that could top off any meal. Rum + pumpkin = rumpkin!
Ingredients
- 1-½ cup Vanilla Ice Cream
- ½ cups Pumpkin Puree
- ¼ cups Half-and-half
- ½ teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 2 ounces, fluid Banana Rum
- ¼ teaspoons Nutmeg, Freshly Grated
- ½ teaspoons Orange Crystals, Optional
Preparation
Using a blender or immersion blender, blend together the ice cream, pumpkin puree, half-and-half, pumpkin pie spice, and banana rum.
Top with freshly ground nutmeg and orange sprinkles.
Note: If you don’t have any banana rum, regular rum or Frangelico would be just as tasty!
