Ingredients
- 1-½ whole Frozen Bananas
- 1 container (4 Oz. Container) Vanilla Yogurt, Or You Could Use Banana Yogurt For An Extra Punch
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 2 dashes Nutmeg
- 1 dash Milk Only As Needed Until It Reaches Your Desired Consistency
Preparation
The bananas can be placed in their peels directly into the refrigerator to be frozen. This way they serve as the ice, too!
Slice up the bananas and buzz all of the ingredients in a blender. It’s that easy!
